Okay I guess these would be some weird little mermaid looking like people, I'm not sure where the people would be placed or anything, but I'd think this would be something more fitted for the background. I'm not sure what you really want, I can also do the more anime style like what the drama picture was and Ian Ray. These would have uniforms or hats or whatever you'd want added to them.
